The indoor swimming pool was enjoyable, but the fridge in the room was not working.

The Novotel Reading Centre offered a beautifully decorated, spacious room with modern amenities, making it very accessible for seniors. I particularly appreciated the attentive staff who swiftly assisted with my luggage, ensuring a comfortable stay.

More seating in the lobby area would be beneficial.

The keycard system needs serious upgrading to avoid constant reactivation!!! The pool area cleanliness could use a bit more attention!!! Noise from nearby nightlife was quite disruptive!!! Parking access could be clearer to prevent stress!!!

This place suits me perfectly! I appreciate the 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. They helped me with heavy baggage during my first visit, which made a great impression. I’m returning for the weekend!

During my short stay, I really appreciated how close I was to attractions like the Statue of Queen Victoria and the beautiful Greyfriars Church, making my weekend city strolls so enjoyable. plus, the friendly staff made sure I felt right at home throughout my stay.

The room was really modern and spacious, perfect for three of us. We had a comfy sofa bed and the bathroom was well-equipped, which was a plus. Plus, the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch! The pool and saunas were super quiet, giving us a private vibe.

i just stayed here for a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. the staff were super friendly and always eager to assist, which made my experience even better than my previous stay in reading. i loved the room's modern amenities, especially the comfy bed and nice toiletries.

We had a fantastic family stay, benefiting from a spacious room that easily accommodated us all, including our two kids. The breakfast selection was delightful, with fresh options that everyone enjoyed. The pool was a hit with the children, and the location made shopping and dining super convenient. However, the fire alarm testing could have been communicated better to avoid any unnecessary panic.
